I am currently installing my new machine and wanted to install WindowFX.
After downloading Object Desktop and going through the list of tools,
I did not find WindowFX. Fences (my other tool) is listed as expected.
Has something changed? How can I fix this?
My subscription is not expired and I am happily working with both tools on my old machine.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Is this a new subscription or a renew subscription? If its a renew, WindowFX should be listed, something like this.
If its a new subscription, do know, new subs do not come with WindowFX.

WindowFX is listed there, but it is not available via Object Desktop Manager.
Am I supposed to download software via two different ways depending on the most current subscription model?
My subscription dates back 2018 and has been renewed since.
If I had to download the software this way, it would be cumbersome.
Principal advantage of saving/using individual downloads is preservation of access to the installers if your sub ever expires. Since you are on a legacy subscription, they will function using the existing serial # indefinitely. I'm not sure Object Desktop Manager will do that (I don't use ODM). 0.02
Okay, I might consider downloading all of them ... and I will definitely uninstall Object Desktop Manager now.
