I don't think you can simply change your purchase to permanent license. What you can do is to refund for the subscription purchase and purchase a permanent license after that.

Or, you can raise support ticket using the link below, use "ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Wow I just noticed this. I always just buy a new version when it comes out. Yeah Im not doing a subscription, Unless you get continued updates and there is no Fences 6.  I can understand if your getting a new version a year for this price then Im onboard, but to use the same version indefinitely doesnt work for me. Ill just go back to version 4 when this version expires. Took it off auto payment as well. I love all things Stardock but nope, not working for me.

If you was to purchase Object Desktop Fences is included along with some other excellent apps as well.
