Offline Response Does Not Contain A Valid Licence

Please Help Win10

I've been using Object Desktop for years and like "some" others I have the odd issue, but this is a new one on me.

Win 10 22H2 19045.3930

Deskscapes 11.0.0.0

 

I'm unable to access the activation server, unable to register an alternate address for a 30 day trial and unable to use the offline service. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you review your activation and see it has not reach max count. If it does, you will need to deactivate old activation first to clear up the activation slot. Just as a test if you try to activate using a pc that have internet connection does the activation work? You can deactivate it after the test is successful.

There were server down issue but usually it will be back up after few moments. But, I am not sure if your issue is 100% not working all the time?

I have tried for 36hrs to register and that was pretty much 24/7 so it seems pretty much permanent. Firewall has been disabled and still no dice. Thank you for any suggestions.

Understood. Just to confirm. You have taken completely all the steps mentioned in this guide https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#offlineactivation and you still fail to get Deskscape to activate? If all this true, than something else is going on, Account problem maybe.

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Bizarrely this has now registered, however, in order for it to work I first had to download, install and register Deskscapes 10. Then, and only then did it permit me to do an offline registration for Deskscapes 11.

 

I have cancelled my ticket and appraised them of the resolution, thank you for your help.

I have asked for the ticket to remain open, due to the following:

Scrap that. Please do not close this. DeskScapes wants to be activated everytime I reboot or open the programme. This is clearly still not fixed.

Sadly this only works for 10.x and 11.0.0 now refuses once again to register. I'll wait out for a response on the ticket and hope, cheers.
