Reproducible Crash Under 2.3.504549

I have reproduced a crash using the save file below multiple times so, hopefully, you will also be able to cause the crash as well.

The steps to cause the crash are:

1. Load the save file
2. Click on the "Acknowledged." button to close the communication from the Intueri Aggregate.
3. Click on the "Diplomacy" icon (shown below)
4. Click on the "Diplomacy Graph" button and the game should hard crash.
