I seem not able to make fences and or move them anymore after upgrading

Sorry to hear you are having issues. We need more information.

  1. Windows full version number. Use Winver.exe
  2. Fences version.
  3. You mentioned "Upgrading". Need to know what was upgrade?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, need to know, what was upgrade? Windows upgrade or Fences upgrade? And from what to what?
