Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Do you have Start11 installed?

Thank you.

Do the Start11v2 30 days trial and see if that help resolve your issue.

When I try to sign up for trail it won't accept my email for whatever reason. I get this error:

Any idea why?

Look like you have tried Start11 before and the 30 trial is over.

So how do I fix my taskbar? Shouldn't that be a part of WindowsBlind11 feature and not Start11?

Sadly not the case with windows 11. Microsoft rebuilt the taskbar. Windowblinds will only skin it if start11 is installed as thats used to add back that functionality. You can thank microsoft for that one. Its only going to get worse from here on out. I downgraded back to win10 to keep customizing everything.

The taskbar background should skin without Start11.  Taskbar buttons would require Start11 however.

But the skin isn't working...

I checked here without Start11 and it was working here.

Are you using anything else which might interact with explorer or the taskbar?  Such as classic/open shell etc.

No I'm not...  I'm only using Windowsblind11, CursorFX Plus and that's it...

The taskbar just won't skin.... I even did a recent Windows 11 update to see if that would fix anything but nothing happened.

Here is how it looks:

And WindowBlinds settings are set to use the skin taskbar?

Also does the problem continue if you use taskmanager to close and reopen explorer?

And did you uninstall Start11 as an expired trial of that would stop WB from taking over fully.

The full version number of Windows would help too.
