Blocked from purchasing

Overlay won't go away to allow purchase

from Stardock Forums

I am trying to buy Start 11 V2 but the overlay on the "buy" screen will not go away. I've tried everything, but it blocks my ability to complete a purchase. The overlay seems to be connected to the UTube promo, but playing it does not remove it either. I installed the free trial, and will purchase now, but it seems impossible. Is this deliberate? 

The "Try Free" button works, but neither of the partly visible BUY NOW links will open anything. https://www.stardock.com/products/start11/#purchase

Not sure what you mean by overlay?

When you click the "Get it Now" button, you should get the following:

Make sure you fill all fields before clicking the Pay button.

Yes, you are correct, and when I tried opening the link that I posted in my query, the long list of screenshots that had been obstructing my access to the BUY links was suddenly gone. It was weird, but I was able to complete the purchase, thanks for your reply.

He said he tried MS Edge from Win11 and Google Chrome that either of them work. I think the main issue is his side which probably have installed something to hindered that.

I cannot explain why it made a difference, but I copied the URL from the problem screen and pasted it into my original query (see at the top of this list of replies). Afterwards, I tried opening that page from my inquiry (pasted URL) and it opened without the blockage.
