DeskScapes and OneDrive

How do I save content that I download from DeskScapes to OneDrive instead of to my local drive? I am using DeskScapes with two PCs and I use OneDrive with both of them. I do not see any option within DeskScapes to change where the content is saved.

Animated Dreams are stored on OneDrive at C:\Users\"YourUserName"\OneDrive\Documents\Stardock\Dreams

Static Dreams, however, are stored at C:\Users\"YourUserName"\AppData\Local\Stardock\DownloadedDreams

You would need to sync this folder to your other computer.

The problem I am having is that the animation is not running.  It seems to have stopped in December.  I can see the dreams downloading to my two computers via one drive.  I can load the image to all monitors, but the animation never runs, so all I have is a static image.  How do I fix that?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Look like your issue is very different than the OP issue. Please create a new thread on your issue. Also include information such as Windows and Deskscape full version numbers

Thank you.

When you open DeskScapes and select the Dream, and before you "Apply background," is the preview animation running?

If so, you may have DeskScapes paused. Right click the desktop and then select "Show more options," now click "Resume DeskScapes."

If the preview animation is not running, try going to "C:\Users\"user name"\OneDrive\Documents\Stardock\Dreams and click one of the dreams in this folder. The selected dream should start running on your desktop.

1:  Yes the preview is running

2: Deskscapes is NOT paused

3: double clicking the indicated dream file, or applying it as the desktop background made no difference.  The desktop will not run the animation.

I have tried several.  What IS ODD, is that one of the dreams (Hawaiian Sunset Cafe) had music and the music played, but the animation still was not working.
