(Bug) Invisible shipyards and anomalies

Supernova, insiders build. V2.2

Gigantic galaxy, many sectors, abundant habitable, occasional extreme, common resources, abundant stars.

Genius difficulty, very slow pacing and research, occasional minor races and hostile entities, far proximity.

71 species (though several had died by this point).

 

Everything going fine up until around turn 150. Upon reloading a save all shipyards had become invisible (both own and alien). Anomolies were still visible, but new regens were invisible.

Newly built shipyards are visible until loading a save, whereupon they turn invisible, but previously invisible anomalies become visible.

Live release. 

Turn 154

All asteroids, stars, anomalies, starbases, shipyards have vanished. Not coming back on reloads. They are there- just can't see them unless you click on them.

 

Ships and planets still visible.

Hello! This is definitely an odd bug, would you be kind enough to provide a save file via dropbox link or drive link so we can take a better look?

Sorry, I can't open either of those due to geographic restrictions, but I can upload screenshots. The second one occurred after I posted the first, and is after loading my most recent save (I kept playing with invisible shipyards) - now fleets also turn invisible when joined by a ship from an invisible shipyard.
