no KVM option

Been trying to set up for ages!  There is no option to choose KVM.  No button for KVM. Only Seamless.  Help!

2 personal computers:  Primary=WIN 11 laptop;  Secondary=WIN 10 desktop.  Each has a monitor, keyboard, mouse.  Want to access secondary from primary whenever I travel.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know, which Multiplicity version you're using? The one from OD subs?

Thanks

You seem to have Multiplicity KM. That version does not have KVM, thus, no button for it.

You can, however, upgrade here:

This is what I have:  I emailed ?? support?  ?? sales? prior to buying and they advised this one.  Does it NOT do what I want?

I only have 2 computers:  one desktop, one laptop.  I want to find/get files from my desktop to my laptop when I'm traveling.

Looking at your screenshot. It show "Version 3.6 Build 00105.km". So, I believe you only have Multiplicity KM not KVM.

Please refer here for what available for KM version vs KVM

Note: For KM, I believe you can copy and paste files but since there is no video, you most probably need to have the systems to be side by side to do it. KM (keyboard and mouse) KVM (keyboard, Video and mouse)

Thank you,

Hmmm.  Not nice!

So I was not provided the correct info on which to order?
And I bought during a time when they were discounted.

So how do I now get the CORRECT version?  And can I get it at the same price as if I bought it when the discounts were active?

A steam sale just went up. It is 10 dollars off there. You could probably refund the KM version and then buy the steam version for the best savings

Edit - the non steam version is also on sale. You are in luck
