START 11

Rounded corners

I like the idea of rounded corners for the taskbar and have set mine that way.  At first I thought it was not working but then noticed that only when windows are NOT maximised does the rounded effect kick in.  I looked for a setting to enable/disable this feature but cannot find one.  Is there a setting somewhere to enable rounded all the time?

Hello,
You can adjust your rounded corners on both situation. If you look at the screenshot below you have two option where you can adjust how the taskbar will look like when there is maximized window and another one when there is no maximized window. You can also click Sync those two setting so on both situation you can have same rounded corners.

I'm not getting ANY rounded corners at all. I even tried adjusting the roundness of the corners but nothing. Running Win 11 23H2 (Build 22635.2776)

Any thoughts?

If you don’t like the look of explorer in Windows 11, please get Windhawk and you can change it to look more like Windows 10! It’s FREE! Get it here: https://windhawk.net/

I use those settings! :-)

V2.03 and I believe that's the latest version?

When you adjust rounded corner, please review screenshot on my reply#2. Which setting you're changing? While with maximize Windows or when no maximize windows. Those two has different rounded setting. If you changing the "with maximize windows" it will only effect the taskbar appearance, when you have maximize windows on your screen. You will need to adjust the rounded setting again for the "none maximize Windows" part to see the rounded corners when you don't have maximize windows on your screen. Have you tried changing for both of these situation?

Still does not work. Even tried on a second Win 11 machine, both running 23H2 (22635.2850)

I'm also running 22635.2850 and have rounded taskbar working.

Open Start11 Configuration settings and set the Rounded taskbar settings exactly as shown below and see if that works.

I'm running this version also, and have no issues with any of the Stardock software.
