I want to be able to see what is behind the start11 menu whenever I open it. Changing opacity doesn't do it. Is this a possible feature?
I'm running Win10 1809.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you turn on "Mica" effect on menu background? Try turn it off and set the transparency again.

This is what I see when I set my transparency lowest setting at 11% solid. The text under the Start panel is readable. I believe any lower transparency will only make your Start menu unreadable.
