The Navigatoir faction is trying to teach me German

Played a game as the Navigators the other day, and got these two messages from them:

Either they are trying to teach me German, or there's a bit of a language problem. And yes, my game is set to English language.

At least I now know how to say 'The <blank> have been destroyed' and 'Understood' in German, so if that is the intent, it's working. Thank you Navigators!

I get the same, only in Spanish, and not just from the Navigators. I sent one of the developers a saved game where it was happening so I hope it can be fixed soon.

I'm not at all sure that it's related, but have you recently downloaded any player-created civs?

It is an ongoing problem with the way FlavorText works and the underlying logic.  

We are working on this for 2.2  The real question is, how did German get into your list. Did you download custom civs by chance?
