Where is it?

I want to store an ID in a keystroke and a password in another. Simple text. Would like to use Ctrl + Alt + S or something, but it won't let me.

If the key combination is already being used in Keyboard Launchpad (KLP), it will not allow another assignment.

This is how it will fail if you are trying to assign something already in use as well as an eventual success with another key combination:
