Bad pool caller

Since I installed Star11 I am receiving Dead Blue Screens with "Bad Pool Caller" message.
How should I fix it? uninstall the product?
What else does Windows indicate is the cause? The screen (or event log) should have more information.
Typically that wouldn't be something software like Start11 could cause as it doesn't have kernel modules.
Just could see "Bad Pool Caller" and the computer restarted.
This has happened 3 times since I installed Start11 (just 2 weeks) no other changes.
