1. I find myself needing to keep open the settings window. For instance if youtube is showing a video then switches to an advertisement I need to readjust the delay. Quite annoying. There is no setting that seems to work all the time. 

2. When not in use for streaming audio, when I get email alerts they are always choppy, as if the app wasnt ready for the sound. Sometimes a half a second chime turns into a 3 min stir of echos.

If the network and \ or PCs are under heavy load, or the bandwidth available is limited, quality will suffer as well.

Under a fresh reboot of each PC, is this readily reproducible?

Also is this a wireless connection or wired between computers?
