Unable to use my purchased copy of Start11 on ARM64

I recently purchased Start11 to use on my ARM64 computer (M1 Pro Mac running Windows 11 via Parallels). The software starts up but is unusable: as soon as I do anything, it gives me a Windows compatibility error (with the Start10 component causing the problem). I'm also unable to put in my activation key as it gives me the same error.

Why is Start11 not able to run on ARM devices and why was there no warning saying x86 only before purchase? I'd love to actually be able to use this software, but if ARM compatibility isn't coming anytime soon I'll have to request a refund.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, it is known that Stardock Start11 do not work on ARM base CPU.

Thank you.

I had the same issue as rxxr. The only requirements listed for Start 11 is Windows 10/11 and no mention of X86 only. I have Fences 5 and it works fine on ARM.

After I completed the installation, it wouldn't activate and told me I had to use a beta copy of start 11 for ARM and needed to have an object desktop subscription to be part of the beta. This should have been disclosed up front.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I understand currently, all ARM base activation only available for active ObjectDesktop subscriber. So, I am not sure how your Fences 5 work on ARM. However, to be sure, I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

Thank you.

I believe the ARM support will be moving to release in June at some point.

Known to who?

Go check out the purchasing page yourself, only mentions supports win10/11, didn't say "not support ARM processor". Objective Desktop purchase linked mentioned "support ARM processor" but that doesn't support the assumption of from the customer side.

If the description is kinda messy then it's your fault as the developer/retailer.
