Will not install
Error Message: "Try running setup.exe /T:<Path>"

I downloaded a new, paid version of DeskTop 11 on 3 Nov 2023. But I always get the error message: "Try running setup.exe /T:<Path>"
I tried this setup command, but it doesn't work. I may not be using the right syntax. Here is what I tried:
setup.exe /T:C:/temp.
setup.exe /T: C:\temp.
. . . and various other syntaxes I found on the internet.
Please help. I cannot find a way to contact Stardock Tech Support by e-mail, by phone or by chat.
