Some races have Factions that say they provide relic bonuses too, like the Navigator's Precursor Heirs faction. I'm not sure those work either.

Thanks for the mod. I'd love to try it out but unfortunately I'm traveling until mid-February. If it is not fixed by then I will definitely use your mod.
