Start11 Update Key

I purchased a 5-pack of Start11 at 9am last Thursday. At 10:30, v2 was announced. My key only works for v1, is it possible to get a key upgrade for v2? I think I read somewhere on here that v1 purchases would get v2 keys free if they were purchased within something like 28 days.

I submitted a ticket on Friday but haven't heard back, so just trying to figure out what my options are for v2.

I believe anyone who purchased V1 on or after Oct 1 will get a free upgrade. There is a V2 upgrade FAQ but I lost the link. I'm sure someone else will hop in and post it.
