I've brought this up before and thought it was going to be added, but don't know if it's on the list or not.  It would really be nice to have the ability to pick the Factions we want for our custom Civ., not be stuck with the grouping from one of the prebuilt Civs.

I recall a previous discussion on this same topic, can you expand on it for me so I can make sure we are on the same page while I confirm it was reported before?

So basically what I'm suggesting is an enhancement to the Custom Civ creation/Edit process.  Add a new dropdown, probably to the Abilities tab, that would let you pick the Civilization Factions (limit 3) using a dropdown like Civ Traits.

I originally asked this question on the Q&A in May 2022 and a Dev responded that they would look into adding this feature.
