There is no official manual, but this link should have enough info to get you started -
I would highly recommend looking at the guides section on steam, we've posted a few with both the CEO and community members making some!
Starter Guide is an example of one! Hope this helps
Stardock.net ForumsDynamic games are difficult to have a manual. So much can change even in a week or less of time. You're best off with the suggested links. I don't even know if manuals for games are still made, I haven't used one in the past 20 years.
