Can you put back the ability to suspend operations?

I want to bump this. Not necessarily suspend operations but put in an auto-queue, so I can say, just make modules, scavengers, traders, etc. until I come in and change it. Same thing for the planets, auto-build modules, research, or stimulus until I change it or a new technology is discovered that would allow me to build a new building.
