I have been a customer of Stardock for a very long time
yet they refused to allow me to
download a single wallpaper from the Wincustomize site.
I will not be buying anything again,they lost a long time customer.

Have you raised a support ticket on the site for the problem you are having? I can't think of any reason whey they would stop your from downloading for that long haircat1.

I'm sure it's just a glitch. I can't see them deliberately denying you access to download files.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Haircat1, if you no longer have an active subscription to Object Desktop or any other product, and don't have an active subscription to Wincustomize.com, it's normal that you have a download limit at WC, which you have reached, even though you may have had active licence subscriptions, and WC membership subscriptions in the past.

haircat1 there's definitely something wrong as you show as a 'Current Customer'.

You could try logging out of any/all Stardock sites, clear cookies and login again.

Otherwise...do as basj suggests and give it a little time to be replied to [resolved]...;)
