How do you delete the orbital stations like Space Elevator?

lordduzi - As promised, you now have the ability to "Destroy Orbital Upgrades", but you have to replace them as part of the process.  You just left click an existing Orbital Station. 

note: not sure when this was added.  Just noticed it in my current 1.89 Insider Edition game, but checked and it also is there in my old 1.8 games.
