I bought numerous of your subscrptions over the last twelve months, under the agreement that they would be available for download through wincustomize. Then sudenly last week after downloading two to five skins or whatever I got cut off and keep aking to register, which is what I thought I did when I spent my money on your service. So I registered. Then the same thing happened again and I used my registration info and it was not accepted. This has happened seven times and I am fed up. I paid you so that I could get acces to this stuff now it seems there is a new imposed limit that was not there before. If my registration is not taken care of I will contact my lawyer and contact the BBB and make sure you don't do this to anyone else.

Good point Weaksid, I didn't check his status in the beginning, but I just looked, and he's level 3........ unlimited downloads. Now I'm really confused.

Level 3 is gained after a purchase of any product from SD eg. SkinStudio, WindowBlinds.
Level 4 is gained after the purchase of a subscription. Maybe the whole problem is the failure to cross refference accounts.

You guys just don't understand. Why do you think he hasn't been back? His bluff did nothing but focus attention on himself. And it did nothing to legitimize his account. Good ploy though, I must admit.

...... that's impossible or very odd at least, you have to be User level 2 to post a comment.

People who say crap like that have never really paid $200+ per hour to a shyster. In this case I hope the person does call him, so that the lawyer can charge a fee just to advise him to contact Stardock customer support.

Imagine calling "your lawyer" with such a stupid problem? You finally get through, "Ira, I bought this subscription called Stardock, and now I'm not getting the downloads I was promised!!!"

And Ira says, "You know treplev, that I charge in quarter hours, and you bought one?"

Treplev answers back, "I don't care how much it costs me. Sue them!"

ah.. ok.. my bad.
I thought that since I could see my own user level, it would be the same for others.
I don't usually check other peoples stats, but since he put his email as a link, I wondered if he also had it in his user stats, and I thought that was odd.
It was then that I noticed there was only very minimal info there.
