Typo?

In my current game I was just told the "Sylne Technocracy has been destroyed", should this be Slyne?

Most probably. I'm translating and there seems to be a huge amount of text and obviously one has to be as fast as they can on it for productivity reasons. I'm double checking as much as possible and still make such typos myself. Did you have the Slyne in your game though? Could be an AI based variant of the Slyne.
