1.8.496731 Bad planet description and mismatched stats

Unless the rules have changed you can't assign a Governor to a class 5 planet.  Giving a class 5 planet these stats is absurd.

You can make it a colony and use an orbital improvement to harvest the Harmony Crystals (after getting the right tech). Why make it a core world?

I was just pointing out that the description box says it's a great core planet, which of course is impossible.  I'm planning to to do exactly what you pointed out.
