Upgrade Advice

So I used to run Fences along with a bunch of the old Object Desktop apps (i.e. Cursor Fx, icon packager, etc.)  I had purchased them individually and then went with an annual Desktop subscription for two years, back around 2018.  I haven't had that subscription for a while but I still use those old apps on my Desk PC.  

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11, so I of course want to customize things on it and will probably do a new subscription to Object Desktop, but do I get any discounts or anything for having any of the old stuff?  I can't even find my old stuff in my Stardock account which is kind of wierd.  My fences and Sins of Solar appear in steam as does multiplicity but why wouldn't it show up here?  Thanks for any input

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I think it is best to resolve your issue with your "missing" account first. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Once that is resolved that, you can check if you are entitled to a discount.
