Some questions on the game status and possible future(mainly for modding purposes)

Hello. Not a GalactiCiv IV owner yet(still fiddling with some GC III stuff and I haven't really played it much, mostly modding it). I was wondering about some stuff. I don't know if they can be currently answered, but I'd appreciate some feedback on them.

Like: Is it possible or in the plans to make races in the race editor that start in a blue sun star system? That is something I wanted to do since GC II. You know, for races that start not in their original star system, like Iconians or other refugee types or misplaced for some reason. For flavor purposes.

Also about the AlienChatGPT: Can I add my portraits I made and logos and citizens(when that gets added) so the generator will also add them to the pool of choices it picks from or combines, so that some results get affected by my own creations to an extent(I have a vast library of those with years and just haven't released them for a variety of reasons)?

Will it be possible for owners of all the games to have something like say GC III ship models as export base hulls or something for GC IV? I'm thinking like what they did with Warhammer Total War III combining the map I, II, III as an analogy, since it's the 30 years anniversary. I don't know if it is technically feasible, but it would be cool.

Also can we have a scenario builder that can define starting time? We could make maps and it could be something like GC II just not in a campaign, if used well(with a better scenario editor than GC II's preferably. Was fine for its time but would be outadated now and Stardock engineers proved that they can outdo themselves with every next iteration anyway).

Btw, forgot to add or thought after posting about the following:

On Stars, on any color(what if I want to make a species that starts on an icy planet, orbiting a red Star about to explode or something and they send their last to be species member, zones and colonies and travelling ships not at that moment withstanding, to another solar system?)

If we can add optionally(probably not everyone would want to get into it) list of names of stars and planets(that are suggested on auto after we set up the list) according to star and planet type, e.g. in local language Terrestrial could have Ydrogea but not Pagomenos, Desert could have Anydros, but not Ydor or Nerenios etc. Blue stars could have Cyan and Azurean but not, say, Burgundt etc. according to the list type I'm thinking of.

Same for ship types(optionally get a lil' grain name for a tiny ship according to ship type to if it's a freighter, but not Humongus Titan etc.)

Things called different by different species but to them looks the same(e.g. TU-61 called by Americans something else like Badger or something but in trade screen looks the same to each empire like in older Trek SF had designations like they named D-7 what the Klingons called K'tinga or something[at least that's how I remember it. I think it was changed sometime during Berman's tenure on it] cause its translated universally).

Play with or without user suggested stars, I don't like all the choices, or even better allowable to select each one you want from that list individually?(If you want them in like de facto, make it so we have to select a percentage, like "select at least X number of User suggested Stars which is X% of all of them, for flavor purposes".

Also does GC IV have what GC II and III had the feature starting allegiances(e.g. assigning a number or like in GCII a name in campaign?)

Also colonies having their own logos, Universal common language etc.(reason to ask, in cultural based attempts to win, what if large part of a sector "speaks" the same Universal common language? Doesn't that make the non affiliated empire members easier to conquer culturally and incite unrest/revolution? Maybe citizens could start getting disgruntled and say things like "abolish the Universal Translator in favor of our dear friends "abcxyz"! It's such a melodic sounding language!"

Traits(they probably exist, I'm thinking of buing it today or one of these days so I'll find out, but would still like to suggest, as play in already existing ones or added, but can we name some or rename them so the civs at least seem to be increasingly different?):

Swarm Tactics(like the zahadoom spiders from B5, Swarm from Star Trek Beyond, Cylons in BSG etc. Attacks in vast numbers of the best small ships always. Strategist citizens are more often to come up), Hive mind(faster orders implementation and often creativity due to more minds and order and strict policing, but if the hive leader doesn't like what is suggested it doesn't get approved. Centralized economy, better allocation since all in the hive knows each others needs. There is a constant struggle to find the resources to fill these needs but commerce is more profitable, since knowing what they want citizens can trade the rest they don't want. Citizens are more rare to come up in any field. When they do come up they tend to be the rebellious type and cause unrest), Whip and Carrot Diplomacy(gives something as incentive and if doesn't achieve goal gets nasty or starts nasty and gives something to achieve goal. Chance to get super diplomatic citizens on every turn. Also militaristic ones since people may or may not get bullied throughout their lives in such an empire), Supreme Military Expenditure(always the best available equipment and ships at any cost - high military cost to obtain, low upkeep, unrest raises if stuff doesn't get upgraded as soon as upgrades become available), Neverending Self Improvement Philosophy(Body and Mind. People require Gyms and Libraries or knowledge areas on each planet, but if they have them they add to their combat rolls and scientific prowess. Military and Scientist citizens are more often to come up).

Oh, and what about crossovers? That wasn't a thing in the past(of GC at least), but I could easily see Superman, Star Trek, Star Wars and B5, BSG themes on it. I intend to make some for them myself, but wouldn't mind Stardock's take on how they'd be.
