Start11 request new feature changing Taskbar Icon size without changing Taskbar size

I would request a new feature for changing the Icon size. The feature already exist in Startallback so it should be doable. Also it would be nice for an Option to activate old Win10 taskbar in Start11.

I posted something similar earlier, asking if this was possible.  I definitely would love to see this added to Start11

Restoring the Old Win10 taskbar is a bad idea. Eventually MSFT will remove it either completely or by disabling the reg keys to activate it. You won't get any warning either. One day you will install a windows update and suddenly apps like StartAllBack, ExplorerPatcher, etc.. will just stop working.

LOL, okay.  Whatever you say

Are you seriously thinking that MSFT will just keep 2 taskbars forever despite the fact that the older one no longer fits their design concept? I mean have you ever used a MSFT product? They are infamous for code breaking changes all the way back to the windows 95 days. I suppose you can think what you want though.

That's partly true. However, you can't leave your taskbar the way it is now either.
The new win11 taskbar is a big topic for almost every person who wants to personalize
their system. largely because, despite earlier resizing, it's not possible to use the
exact perfect taskbar size that everyone has known since XP. If you should remove them
then only when the win11 taskbar is finished accordingly. you can also install a function
in start11 to be on the safe side, so that if the code or entry in the win10 taskbar cannot
be found, it automatically switches to the win11 taskbar with a corresponding message.

I agree with most of what you say. However relying on the old taskbar simply should not be an option. It would be better for Stardock to just add additional support to the new taskbar. Not only would they have to write additional code to "detect" if it "can" use the old taskbar you run into the problem if having to maintain 2 separate codebases. One for when there is the old TB and one for when there isn't. Eventually The first one will simply become legacy bloat code once the old TB is removed however once added to Start11 it would have to remain and be actively maintained for paying customers who have not updated to a "Non W10 TB" version of windows. Otherwise the forums will get flooded with "Why my taskbar no longer works" or "Why do I not have the newest XYZ feature ..."

Pretty much from every viewpoint (developers, end users, ...) relying on older tech that you know will be removed is a nightmare and isn't really required since the option the OP wants can easily (I say relatively) be done w/o using the old TB. My only point was that restoring the w10 TB is nothing more than a stopgap fix that will break code in the "Not to distant future, Next Sunday A.D.)
