Missiles Can't Hit Buildings Waiting for Research

Noticed this when I was building an Argonev while being attacked. If the building is still waiting on research, the AI tries to attack it and fails because it doesn't exist yet. The missiles just whizz straight through.

I imagine the same applies to other weapons, but I didn't happen to encounter that.

Thank you for the report, were you able to replicate this in any subsequent games, and do you happen to have a relevant save we can review? Those are super helpful
