Crash on start up

Game crashes on start up, first time this happens. Did a verify files, told me two needed to be reacquired but still crashes on start. 1.66 insider preview

Fixed, for some reason Windows 11 Defender just decided to block access to GalCivIV exe to the Documents folder although I played yesterday with no issues. Weird.
