Object Desktop Update Issue

Hi,

I am having an issue with Object Desktop Version 4.01. 

ObjectDesktopManager.exe - 4.1.7342.25505

It does not detect updates correctly.

It seems to think there are updates available for:

Start 11
Fences
WindowsBlinds 11

When there are none available - it is quite frustrating as I then go check the individual apps and there are all current.

The version of these apps I have installed are:

Start 11: Version 1.47
Fences: Version 4.21
WindowsBlinds 11: 11.02 (017 x64 - Windows 11 Edition)

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This is known issue with Desktop manager. Please ignore Object Desktop manager updates notice for those 3 products.

I just rebooted my system six times in a row, wondering just how many updates there were, only to find out that it was installing the same update over, and over, and over.

This is not a 'please ignore'.  It is causing multiple people time and headaches.  This is a 'fix the software.'

I simply uninstalled the Object Desktop manager app. I check software version in my account, and never looked back.

I don't expect any software to be perfect, but if I'm paying an active subscription, and am expected to re-subscribe, I expect the basic functions to work.
