Building a fleet is not possible

I'm trying to build a fleet. As soon as I drag one ship over another to form the fleet, the game aborts.

At the planet Iconias shipyard is a BPU-KW. Try it to build a fleet with one of the two ships next to the left side.

Hello, yes, after the last update, the problem is gone. i am able to build fleets.
