WindowFX and Ubisoft Connect launcher fix

I was having a problem with Ubisoft Connect launcher and WindowFX. The program would run fine but the window would disappear if it was moved. The fix was to exclude all the .exe files in the parent Ubisoft Connect directory from WindowFX (Animations->Exclusions setting). After that the Ubisoft Connect launcher window no longer disappears when moved. Program exclusions are mentioned in the WindowFX support FAQ but one might not be aware of the conflict or how to resolve it.
