Can we get rid of "you know what you did"?

It's so unhelpful IMO.

Also, not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but I discovered after not checking diplomacy for a few turns, that I was at war with someone.  It was news to me!  I have no clue when it happened or what caused it.

Wars are always followed with a message pop up.
So either you have encountered a bug, or you just had multiple pop ups, and one of them said about the war, but you clicked away too fast.

If you are sure, that there was no pop up, it would be great to get hands on a save file, where this happened :)

At one time it was not clear when war had been declared.  Then all conversations where war was declared had a notice added that made it clear that war had been declared.  Newer messages like that, maybe from ChatGPT, don't have the message, so a vague conversation may have been a declaration of war, and you didn't realize it.  I have had that happen to me recently.

Thanks for replying.  I replayed those turns and yep, war occurs without any declaration.  This is a map with nothing but custom civs, some AlientGPT and some my own, and when . . . wait for it . . . the Moties wipe out the Borg (sounds legit), then I'm suddenly at war with the Moties without anything except "The Borg have been destroyed" and my reply, "Understood" popup.

Here's the save game.  The Borg get blowd up in April 2324, so a few turns after this.  I can get to the exact moment and save, but I unfortunately neglected to keep saving after every turn for some reason and this is as close I have at the moment.  Hope this helps.

(Side note: can we also not let unarmed probes start fights?  It didn't happen here but it occurred to me as an example of where you don't get the civ picture war popup and "your planets will look better with our banner over them anyway", although you DO get the "do you want to I dunno crash into these guys and start a war?" smaller popup.)
