Subscription - I'm confused

i had more then 570 days left on my subscription, when i renewed for 2 more years (as i thought). And now there are only 346 days left until renewal in next year. Can someone explain tihs to me...

Sorry to hear you are having issues. It is best for account issue to raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
