1.6x - Hydroponics Tech

There are orbital upgrades unavailable to me because "Hydroponics Tech" is needed, yet when I go to the library (or the tree) I cannot find it.

 

Can someone help me to know if it actually even exists?  All I want to know is whether it is a bug, or that I just have to look harder.  Thanks!

It is part of a series of techs that require the Farmers trait to access.

That means the orbital tech needs to have that trait too.

Thanks, I understand now.  I know that some techs aren't available unless you have certain traits; I just didn't think Hydroponics was specialized enough to warrant that.  But then again, hydroponics on a global scale...
