Cannot renew

If I click renew for Object Desktop or go to my key and click Extend, I get a product not found page

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just to confirm, if you use this extend button. Does it still show product not found page?

If I click on Extend in Object Desktop  it takes me to a product not found page.

I also see Object Desktop in my order history from 2017, but not up to date to 2023 that I am using. I wonder if I had two accounts or something at one time?

The code in Object Desktop is different from the one in my downloads on site.

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the ask a question option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Ok i see the problem I accidentally bought Object Desktop twice, and never used one, is it possible to get one refunded?

Im JMBWithcats on my original account now and I just paid to get Obj, D renewed, but I also have a sub I never used I paid for under this account.  Can it refunded?  Thanks!
