Try setting WB to default and then remove WB11.  Reinstall latest version and reboot.  That's what I do when WB does not appear to still be working.

I just did a fresh install of Start11 and WB11 on a system that never had it.  Still same issues.   My copy is apparently corrupt.  Oh well.

Delete the copy and re-download the WB theme?

He can't redownload it, BDBF. It was a Master skin Xiandi sent him for testing. Since the master skin gallery is no more, and Xiandi has passed away, it is no longer available. 😢
