Error when unlock PC

When I unlock my PC, the DeskScape image has been replaced with my standard Windows 11 one. The time on the wallpaper still shows though. Clicking 'resume' in the system tray does nothing.

I have to open DeskScape and apply the image again. At which point File Explorer opens. The image is applied though, until my PC locks again, at which point the issue occurs again.

This is with the paid version running 22623.1028

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. It that Windows Beta/Insider preview release? If so, Stardock does not support it. However we appreciate your report. And I have forwarded your problem to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. We appreciate your feedback.

Also you're running the latest Deskscapes full version, just released very recently, yes?

I suspect this is not just an unlock, rather, the PC is going to sleep, yes?

Please try a power setting that just shuts off the monitor but does not sleep the PC.

It is not a beta/insider build.

I am running the DeskScape build released today, which I purchased. Version 11.

The issue occurs every time I unlock my PC. It might also occur when it goes to sleep, but I don't do that often.

It is not a beta/insider build.

They're asking you to run winver and post your OS version...also if you have other, non Stardock customizing software on your computer.

I'm running Start 11 as well.

I am not running an insider build. Below are screenshots confirming that.

Your windows version is an insider version.  Were you perhaps on an insider build a long time ago and left the channel?

This will not leave until the release version number exceeds your current build number which has yet to happen.

You end up in a terrible position with an old version of Windows instead as no patches get released for it.  In your case since December.
