TEST version doesn't zoom to ships on double tap of keys

If I have a group of ships bound to the 1 key and I double tap it, then it should zoom to the fleet. However, in the TEST version double tapping the key instead zooms to a random planet...which isn't helpful. I have to select the fleet and THEN double click on the portrait with my mouse to get it to zoom in to the fleet correctly, which is a hassel overall.

This is a good example of a quality of life improvement, can you tell me if this is also the case in the live branch?

No, in the LIVE branch this is not an issue. Double tapping works as intended to focus on the fleet.
