civ profile page

Can you place the profile page of each civ somewhere in game? I was playing the Onyx hive for the first time and couldn't figure out why i was getting slow growth until i exited my game went to the new game menu and read on their profile page that they are silicon based and had no need for food but needed prometheon. maybe we could link that profile page in game in the diplomacy screen for example to make this more intuitive.

Technically this information is already in the game. If you hover your mouse over any citizen, you can read their description.
But I can see how this information can be missed, as a big screen with all the details would for sure provide an easier access.

How would you feel about such a report being in the power graphs tab? Or rather in an extra tab, when you enter that menu.

Ya that would work too. As long as it's somewhere obvious for the player to reference in game.

I've asked for this in the original Gal Civ IV, so I vote a resounding "Hell yes!" . Thank you j.starz4511 for bringing it up again.

I presume that if you put it in the power graphs tab we'll be able to see any civs details, not just or own?
