Did not receive my serial number after purchasing Dream

I just bought the Deskscapes theme “Drips” for $2.99. I received the download link within seconds BUT no serial number. I tried looking it up in my Stardock account but it just isn’t there. There is a record of my purchase but no serial number. Why wasn’t the serial number sent to me in the receipt email? Why is it so difficult to get any help on this site? No serial number so I can’t use the theme. Very disappointing. Seems to be a total waste of money.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I don't think you need serial number to use a Deskscape dream. Don't you have download link to that paid dream on your account download page? But, you do need an activation keys for Deskscape. Do you have Deskscape activated?

This particular Dream is from Stardock Designs and asks me for a serial number before I can install it into Deskscapes. It also asks for my Stardock account email and password. It won't let me install the Dream without a serial number.

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Are you running DeskScapes 10 or 11? I bought DeskScapes 11 in December of 2021 and the "Drips" dream was included with the purchase!

You were right! I was running Deskscapes 11.5 Beta but somehow I had deleted the Dreams that were included when I bought it. I uninstalled and reinstalled Deskcapes and there it was. So my purchase of the Dream yesterday was entirely unnecessary.
