where is this in skinstudio?

This is from right click menu from Windows 11? If yes, and from what I understand. The Windows 11 context menu can not be change by Windowblinds.

That is correct, they cannot be skinned in Windows 10 or Windows 11. However, it you download and install Windhawk and activate the "Disable Immersive Context Menus" area, it will fix that problem.
