Trade License Loop Game Broken Loop

I am getting a popup that can't be dismissed other than kill the game, reload the game and once I hit the end turn button. Once more stuck I am stuck in an "cannot trade" You have insufficient trade licenses available.... Appears to have broken my game...

Tegron - this is a known bug (several have reported), so they'll probably fix it in next patch.

For now, you can reload a previous save and not send the original Freighter until you research the tech for more trade licenses, if you want to continue that game.
