Multiplayer Desync After Titan update

Hi.

 

So after the Titan update me and my brother cannot play multiplayer it desyncs at random times but does it quite often and this only began after the titan update and we reinstalled the entire game too but nothing changed i play from hungary my brother plays from Dubai and we had no problem before the update but now it`s broken.

 

Would appreciate some help in the matter thanks in advance.
