Bug with Assign a Governor window

Description and how to Reproduce bug:
When you open the window to "Assign a Governor" to the new planet, then click Esc button and load saved game where this planet not colonized. After loading the saved game you still see "Assign .." window opened even this planet now yours jet :/
And there is also an extended governor list, which was allowed in the previous game.

how to Reproduce bug:
1. save game before colonize planet
2. colonize planet
3. open "Assign a Governor" window
4. push Esc and load saved game
"Assign a Governor" stay opened

P/S and please make ships movement directions not hexagonal!

Hey, thank you for this report!

I am not sure though, what do you mean, by not hexagonal movement? The map is hexagonal, so how should ships move?
