Is anyone having trouble viewing Wincustomize site?

I see the screenshot count icrease on the Library box to the left but when I go to that section I see the same screenshots. I uploaded a ss yesterday and in "my skins" section it shows my new upload but does not show it in the ss section.

It's been like that since last week. Very few new ones are showing up in the section. I already mentioned it on the admin board.
Not sure what's causing it, but it's likely related to the server crash.

yes i posted abt it in the help section too it seems only skins wit a rateing of 8 or higher are being shown..the admins are aware and working on it ...
